The Three Year Retreat

  • The first group entered retreat from 2016-2019: eleven people started, and six people conclded successfully.

    The second group 2022- 2025: first fourteen people stayed for one year in retreat, then seven people completed the entire three years. They were Tamang, Managi, and Yolmo Sherpa. They practiced mainly in the Konchog Chidu tradition but also studied some practices of the Jangter and Tersar (Troma) tradition. They learned the Khandro Gad Gyang Chod of the Longchen Nyingthik

    Generally speaking, Khentrul Rinpoche teaches from the four traditions of Longchen Nyingtik, Konchog Chidu (Ja-tson Nying po), Jangter, and Dudjom Tsersar.
