Teachers who visited Neding
Over the years, several teachers have used the sacred place of Neding to teach the Dharma. First of all, Chatral Rinpoche gave teachings on the Longchen Nyingthig, Dudjom Tersar, Jangter, Rigdzin Tsokdrup. He taught the Nongdro text “Words of My Perfect Teacher,” together with Khenpo Ngaga’s explanations. Chatral Rinpoche guided a retreatants in 100 days of contemplation, 500000 accumulations, and the main Three Roots practices of the Lama Rigdzin Dupa, the yidam Wrathful Blazing Hayagriva and Garuda, and the dakini Yumka Dechen Gyalmo.
Chatral Rinpoche gave instructions on the nature of mind and transmitted many texts, such as the “Yeshe Lama,” the Troma Nagpo cycle, the text “Buddhahood Without Meditation,” “Self-arisen Innate Nature,” the Kathok Trigenma, and many other texts.
Likewise, Kyabe Dodrupchen Rinpoche visited Yangtro Kunzang Choling and bestowed the entire six volumes of the Jatson Nyingpo empowerments and reading transmissions. He also taught the oral transmission of the Kathok lineage.
