Leading Retreats
Over the years, Khentrul Rinpoche has lead many groups in meditation. Recently, in November 2025 he invited a group of lamas to practice Troma Namo Chod for one week and to consecrate the memorial stupa of Chatral Rinpoche and his statue.
Nyensa
From April to July, we went on a journey of Nyensa, practising Khandro Kegyang in hundred and eight cemetries and sacred spots in the mountains of Yolmo. In the first part of the Nyensa, we were accompanied by some students and friends, but we concluded the major part alone.
Three Year Retreat
In March 2025, we released seven retreatants from the three-year retreat and celebrated their success. They were greeted by disciples from Singapore who had come to Neding for a Phowa retreat.
Togal Retreat
A local devotee from Ichok in Yolmo donated a piece of land to us. We will build a Togal retreat house, as it has a wide-open view over the valley. Together with the lamas, we consecrated the land with a Sa-long ritual
